We’ve created a few examples to show you what’s possible. You can use Mail to Things to create powerful automatic workflows with various apps and online services such as Shortcuts, IFTTT, Zapier, and TaskClone.

Just send an email to your personal address, and it will appear as a to-do in your Inbox. Mail to Things is extremely simple to use. You may want to copy the address and save it in your Contacts app so it’s easy to find later. Any emails you send to it will appear in your Inbox. This address is private and unique to you. Once you’ve enabled the feature, you’ll see your new address. At the bottom, tap Enable “Mail to Things”.Tap Settings → Things Cloud → Mail to Things.

Click "Create filter with this search" at the bottom right of the advanced search box.Otherwise, I might accidentally forward emails that just mention Josiah's name, not only emails he sent me. Instead of just typing Josiah in the search box, I open advanced search and type his entire address. For example, in the image below, I am filtering mail from Josiah Carberry. It's important to be as specific as possible in your search so you don't accidentally forward the wrong emails.

Mailspring reminder verification#
Check your mail at the other address - you will have received a verification email with a link to click.Enter the address you would like to forward mail to.Go to Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP > Add a forwarding address.Log into the account you'd like to forward mail from.After doing this, you need to complete one of the two sections below to forward the mail. Before forwarding any mail, you will need to add your forwarding address in your Gmail settings.
